In Section 6 of the Principal Act,- (1) in clause (a) after the words “the name of any company” the words “or the name of a group of companies already registered or” shall be inserted. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "group of companies" shall mean a parent company and a subsidiary company or a group of such companies. (2) In sub-section (2), for the word "fifteen", the word "seven" is substituted.
(3) In sub-section (3) for the words "person of unsound mind" the word "applicant" has been substituted.
